Our fees reflect preparation time as well as the meeting itself. Prices include VAT where applicable. You will know the scope and total before confirming an appointment.

When the price may change
A readiness check may cost more where several applicants, multiple countries of issue, long correspondence histories or more than 15 documents are involved. We first review a document inventory—not the sensitive files themselves—and send a fixed quote. Nothing begins until you accept it.
Follow-up research beyond the agreed consultation is quoted at €95 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. We never add research time without written approval.
Payment and appointments
After an appointment is agreed, we send an invoice payable by bank transfer. The website does not take payment. Your slot is reserved when payment arrives.
You may reschedule once without charge by giving at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellation and refund conditions are explained in our refund policy.
