Data we collect and why
When you enquire, we receive your name, email, selected service and message. We use these details to respond, assess an appropriate consultation and take pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). This demonstration form posts to a static mock endpoint and does not create an online account.
If you become a client, we process contact, billing, appointment and case-preparation information to perform the contract. We retain invoice information where German tax law requires it. With consent, we may use optional analytics to understand aggregate site use; analytics remain off after rejection.
Do not send passport numbers, identification scans, health records or other special-category data through the public form.
Recipients and processors
Authorised Techpathbase personnel and necessary service providers may process data under confidentiality and data-processing terms. We do not sell personal data. We disclose information to an authority only at your direction, where the engagement expressly requires it, or where law obliges us.
International transfers
We prefer processing in the European Economic Area. If a provider processes data in a country without an EU adequacy decision, we use an appropriate GDPR transfer mechanism such as Standard Contractual Clauses and assess supplementary safeguards where required.
Retention
Unconverted enquiries are normally deleted after six months. Consultation working files are normally deleted or anonymised 24 months after completion unless a shorter period was agreed or a legal claim requires retention. Invoices and accounting records are kept for the statutory period. Cookie preference storage remains in your browser until you clear it.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. Contact info@techpathbase.digital. You may also complain to a competent data-protection supervisory authority, including the Bavarian authority applicable to our establishment.
Security and required information
We apply access controls, minimisation and appropriate technical safeguards. Internet transmission cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Fields marked as required are needed to answer an enquiry; without them, we may be unable to respond.
Changes
We revise this notice when our processing or legal obligations change and publish the updated date at the top.
