HOW IT WORKS

From first question to a usable case map

See how a Techpathbase employment and family reunification consultation is prepared and delivered.

1. Send a short, non-sensitive outline

Use the enquiry form to name your current residence title, city, employment situation and which family members are involved. Do not attach passports, identification numbers, health records or full contracts. We reply within two working days.

2. Agree the right scope

We recommend the narrowest consultation that addresses the question. If the matter requires a German immigration lawyer—for example, a refusal, appeal deadline or disputed legal status—we tell you before taking a fee.

3. Complete the intake

Once the appointment and invoice are confirmed, you receive a structured intake. For a Route Review, it covers dates and document types rather than collecting unnecessary copies. For a readiness check, we provide a secure method and deletion schedule.

4. Meet with an adviser

Video consultations are held in English. We work through your case in sequence and keep time for the questions that matter most. A partner or adult family member may join with your permission.

5. Receive the follow-up

Your written map or checklist arrives within two working days unless a different deadline was agreed. It separates actions, official sources and points that remain for the competent mission or Ausländerbehörde to confirm.

6. Ask one clarification

You may send one clarification about the delivered notes within seven days. New facts, additional applicants or later authority correspondence may require a separate follow-up scope.

Tell us where your preparation stands.
