A job change can affect the wording on your residence card or supplementary sheet, particularly early in an employment-based stay. We review your current title, dates, proposed role and contract timing to identify what the local Ausländerbehörde may need from you.
The session covers employer-change conditions, the connection between the new role and your qualification, salary considerations for relevant permit types, and sensible timing around notice periods. You receive a short written summary of questions and documents to take to the authority.
We do not negotiate employment contracts or advise on dismissal, labour disputes or tax. Those matters require the appropriate specialist.
