Who this is for
This review is for an employed professional already living in Germany—or preparing to move—who wants a spouse, registered partner or child to join them. It is especially useful when you hold an EU Blue Card, a skilled-worker residence title or another employment-based permit and need to understand how your status affects the family application.
What we cover
Before the call, you complete a short intake about your nationality, current permit, contract, family relationship and intended place of residence. During the 75-minute video meeting, we discuss:
- the family reunification route that appears relevant to your circumstances;
- passport, marriage or birth records and whether translations or legalisation may be needed;
- income, accommodation and health-insurance evidence;
- language-certificate questions and common exemptions to investigate;
- the division between the German mission abroad and the local Ausländerbehörde;
- practical sequencing before and after arrival.
Within two working days, you receive a written case map, document-preparation checklist and a list of points that require confirmation from the competent authority.

We do not submit forms, certify documents, book embassy appointments or guarantee processing times or approval. If your case raises a legal dispute, prior refusal, removal order or complex custody question, we will recommend qualified legal counsel.
Preparation and location
Send the type and expiry date of your residence title, your employment start date, and the family members who intend to apply. Do not send passport scans or other sensitive documents through the enquiry form. Meetings take place by secure video call; Munich office meetings may be requested subject to availability.
The fee is €195 including VAT where applicable. Rescheduling is available with 24 hours’ notice.
