Terms of service

Terms governing Techpathbase employment and family reunification consultations in Germany.

1. Acceptance and provider

These terms apply when you use techpathbase.digital or engage Techpathbase for a consultation. By confirming a quoted service, you accept these terms. Techpathbase provides practical informational support from Munich, Germany. Contact: info@techpathbase.digital.

2. Nature and scope of service

The exact consultation, preparation, deliverables, timing and fee are stated in your written confirmation. Our information is based on the facts you provide and sources available at the time. You remain responsible for checking deadlines, submitting applications and communicating with authorities.

Techpathbase is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. No consultation guarantees a visa, residence title, appointment, authority response or processing time. We may decline or pause work where a qualified lawyer, tax adviser or other regulated professional is needed.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, disclose relevant changes and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data. You must review names, dates and authority instructions yourself. You may not use our service to submit false information or evade a legal requirement.

4. Fees, cancellation and refunds

Fees and payment dates appear in the confirmation or invoice. This site has no checkout. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions are incorporated from our refund policy.

5. Intellectual property

The site text, visual design and consultation materials belong to Techpathbase unless stated otherwise. You may use a personal case map or checklist for your own household and share it with your advisers or authorities. You may not sell, publish or adapt our materials as a commercial template without written permission.

6. Liability

We exercise reasonable care but cannot control official decisions, changing requirements, third-party appointments or delays. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or loss caused by incomplete information, missed client deadlines or reliance beyond the agreed scope. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer rights.

7. Third-party sources

Links to authorities and other organisations are provided for context. Their content, availability and decisions remain their responsibility.

8. Governing law and disputes

German law governs these terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules where legally permitted. Mandatory consumer protections and statutory venues remain unaffected. We first invite you to contact info@techpathbase.digital so we can try to resolve a concern directly.

9. Changes

The terms in force when a service is confirmed govern that engagement. We may update website terms prospectively and show the revision date above.
